I have a nice scrubber for the former, I work out religiously for the middling, and I swear by pure African Shea butter for the latter

Huh, lookie here - 3 years later and I'm still gorgeous! Must be working.
FWIW, hair is longer so not as metrosexual now, but it looks great when treated with V05 conditioning oil and little touch of organic rough-rusk gelle
